There are a few questions we get asked quite frequently. We have tried

What
file formats do you accept?
High
resolution press-ready PDF files are preferred. We
can accept Mac or PC formats in InDesign, PageMaker, QuarkXpress,
Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Publisher or PDF files. If
you provide a file, please include all
fonts, artwork or photographs used in your document so we can
print your job without having to make changes to your original
document.

Do
I need my own artwork?
No.
We can accept art or files saved to CD, floppy, Zip or USB Flash
Drive. We can create artwork for you from your notes and ideas
or you may also provide your own files using
this link, My
Order Desk.

How
should I save artwork for use in a file?
Depending
on the program used to create the artwork,
you have the
option of saving the artwork in a number of different ways.
The files that work best for our purposes are EPS, TIFF and
PDF files.

I
only need a very small quantity. Will this be very expensive?
Not
necessarily. We advise you to order higher quantities so you
can take advantage of price breaks. The more you order, the less
your "per unit" cost will be.

Do
I have to provide my own database to use your mailing service?
We can
accept your customer database or provide one for you using
geographic area, age, race, gender, or practically any criteria you
specify.
